Refund Policy

At Ubuntu Excellence, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of event planning and associated costs, the following refund policy applies:

1. No Refunds on Change of Mind or Non-Attendance

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend the event.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • In the unlikely event that the Ubuntu Excellence Awards is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.

  • If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be issued upon request within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.

3. Name Transfers & Ticket Resale

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a name change for your ticket no later than 7 days before the event. Please contact us via email to arrange this.

  • Tickets are not for resale above face value. Reselling for profit may result in cancellation of the ticket.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds due to serious personal emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies or bereavement) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be required.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to: Support@Ubuntuexcellence.com

5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Booking fees charged by third-party platforms. may be non-refundable.
